New and Returning Clients must book at least 24 hours in advance.
A deposit must be paid at the time of booking in order for the appointment time slot to be secured.
For full sets, all deposits are 25% of the total.
For 2-3 week fills, all deposits are $25.
The price listed in the booking widget is the deposit and will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
Please arrive five minutes early to your appointment time.
Arrive with no makeup or old makeup residue on your lashes. There is a $10 fee if we have to clean your lashes, whether a new set or a fill.
Please do not bring children or pets to your appointment.
Only one additional guest is allowed in the room at the time of your service and they must be 17 years or older.
Once you arrive, make sure your phone is set to silent as to not interrupt your session.
If you are a new client below the age of 18 and are receiving a lash service for the first time, your legal parent or guardian must be present to co-sign your new client forms. They will not be required to be present for future lash services.
Avoid arriving with excessive perfumes sprayed on you or your clothing as your lash artist may become nauseous per an allergy. Excessive body odor will also not be tolerated and you may be asked to reschedule your session.
Tardiness is not tolerated.
If client is 15 min or more late to appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and client must reschedule.
When you arrive late to an appointment, we cannot ensure that you will receive a complete set. And in order to give you the complete set, it would cut into the following client’s session, throwing off an entire day’s worth of appointment times. We do not offer partial sets in order to compensate for your tardiness.
A reschedule due to a tardiness will result in a mandatory new deposit being paid by invoice. The previous deposit will not be used towards your rescheduled service.
If you know you will be 15 min late, please send a notification either by phone or message so that we can reschedule you.
Deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation but can be transferred to a new appointment up to 60 days after the original appointment date.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of your appointment in card or exact cash.
Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment or client no-shows, a new deposit must be paid in order to secure a rescheduled time slot.
